Ashley Gravlee is the corporate social responsibility manager for Novelis Inc., the global leader in aluminum rolled products and the world's largest recycler of aluminum. In this role, Ms. Gravlee is responsible for the formulation and implementation of the company’s worldwide charitable investment strategy and community volunteering. Reporting to the company’s chief sustainability office, her role directly contributes to the company’s strong commitment of being a global leader in sustainability. Ms. Gravlee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from The University of

North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a founding member of The Conference Board’s Global Social Investing Council. Ms. Gravlee volunteers as a wish granter for Make-A-Wish Georgia and also serves as part of the planning and fundraising committee for the non-profit’s annual Tournament of Wishes. Ms. Gravlee also serves on the Board of Directors for CannedWater4Kids.


Neeley Bain spearheads both campus and experienced recruiting at Frazier and Deeter.  In this capacity, she oversees all aspects of campus recruiting as well as the internship program.  Neeley continues to plan corporate events for the Firm. Since Neeley has been at Frazier & Deeter, she has helped drive and execute the recruiting process that lead to extensive growth of the Firm.

Neeley served in the HR department, driving the PATH mentor program as well as performance management.   

Prior to joining the Firm in 2008, Neeley was a public relations intern at The Reynolds Group, Inc and Make-A-Wish Foundation of Atlanta and Georgia. Neeley recieved a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The University of Georgia and is a Member of Society for Human Resource Management. She also spends time at local Universities speaking, advising students and serving as liaison between the public accounting industry and academia.


Kristie Madara has more than 25 years of experience in corporate communications and public relations. She is currently Director of Corporate Communications for UCB, a global biopharmaceutical company. Prior to that, Kristie was Vice President – Global Corporate Affairs for Kinetic Concepts, Inc. (KCI), a medical technology company based in San Antonio, Texas.  Kristie joined KCI from global contact lens manufacturer CIBA Vision, where she spent eight years as Vice President – Global Corporate Communications. In 2006, she was on an international assignment in Sydney, Australia working with Optometry Giving Sight (OGS) as the company’s first OGS Corporate Fellow helping to raise funds to build vision care centers in developing countries.  Prior to CIBA Vision, Kristie spent 13 years at telecommunications company BellSouth Corporation in various public relations, media relations and internal communications roles.  She is on the board of directors of the Corporate Volunteer Council of Atlanta, as well as the board of the Horizon Theatre. Kristie has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from The University of Alabama. Her interests include theatre, theatre and more theatre, learning to play the piano, traveling the world and all dogs.
