Panel discussion featuring top Corporate Volunteer Leaders, who will speak about how COVID-19 has affected how they are offering volunteer service to employees and what it will look like moving forward.


Anne Marie Ciprari-Hooper

Anne Marie Ciprari-Hooper is a member of TIAA’s Corporate Social Responsibility team, based in Atlanta, GA. She oversees all aspects of the Company’s CSR strategy and execution for all offices outside of the hub cities. Ms. Ciprari-Hooper works closely with Volunteer Councils, Business Resource Groups and non-profit organizations to plan volunteer events nationwide.

Anne Marie also manages the relationship with the vendor YourCause that provides the Community Dashboard which is the gateway for all employees to engage with philanthropic programs including sign up for volunteer events, request volunteer grants and matching gifts.

Anne Marie earned a Bachelor of Industrial Engineer from the Georgia Institute of Technology and her MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Prior to joining TIAA in 2012, Ms. Ciprari-Hooper was Director of Marketing and Communications for a private school in Atlanta, GA where she managed all internal and external communication, advertising and the annual fund. Her career has taken many paths including two years as Chief Operating Officer for Solutions by Design a dot.com startup; seven years with Deloitte Consulting where she focused on process improvement in many industries and seven years with Frito-Lay, Inc.

Anne Marie has actively mentored young girls for many years and is very proud of the 21 your women who have earned the Girl Scout Gold Award under her guidance. She currently serves on the Advancement Board of St. Pius X Catholic High School.

Shawan Allen

Shawan Allen is community relations specialist for Cox Enterprises. She helps manage employee engagement, focusing on the employee volunteer program.

Shawan joined Cox in 2016 as a community relations coordinator contractor for Cox Automotive. Prior to joining Cox, she served as director of volunteer services at Open Hand Atlanta.

Actively involved in the community, Shawan is an ambassador for the Big Brothers Big Sisters Metro Atlanta “Beyond School Walls” program and helps with community outreach programs at her church.

Shawan graduated from The University of Georgia with a B.S. in Psychology and Georgia State University with an M.P.A, Nonprofit Management concentration.

Kari Baudoux

Kari Baudoux is a native of Roanoke, VA, who graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2005 with a BS in both Logistics and Supply Chain Management and Marketing. She is serving as the Community Affairs Assistant Manager for the Office of Public Affairs Division at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.  Kari recently joined the Department of Aviation (DOA) in April 2020. Her main role for the Community Affairs Business Unit is to support the DOA with their many community initiatives and build lasting relationships with community leaders.

Before coming to the DOA, Kari worked for Open Hand Atlanta for 8 years where she started out as a Fundraising and Resource Development Assistant and worked her way up to the Director of Volunteer Services where she helped support over 32,000 volunteers and 1200 volunteer projects annually. Before going into nonprofits, Kari worked in the Hospitality Industry at the Hyatt and Doubletree Hotels for 4 years.

Kari and her husband, Nicolas, have been living in Clarkston, GA for the last 2 years and Atlanta since 2012. Before Atlanta, she lived in Chattanooga, TN, Chicago, IL and Knoxville, TN. Kari enjoys hiking, competing in team sports and giving back to the local community through her many philanthropic volunteer activities.

Adam Weinstein

Adam Weinstien develops smart solutions that bring data and analytics capabilities to users and applications at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta in his role as Vice President, Manager of Business Intelligence .  He lives in Brookhaven, Georgia with his wife, Helen, and his son, Sam.  In his free time he enjoys playing tennis and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
